  • What products do you sell?

    We sell new and used items.

  • How to order?

    Online at the site or by physically coming to the store.

  • Pre-order item, what is it?

    When an item is pre-ordered, the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks.

  • How to track my order ?

    To track your order, log into your account to access your history.

  • What is a personalized shopping session?

    This is the must!

  • Where can you find the products you sell?
      Second-hand items: all available at the depot. You will find some of them online on our e-shop HERE New items: the women's collection is available on the e-shop HERE. Some parts will be visible at the depot.
  • How to come to the store?

    The shop is open at the times indicated on the home page. You can contact me by phone, email or social media.


Delivery


  • What delivery method?

    Each item is either a new or a second hand item. It is treated with the greatest care before being packaged and sent.

  • Do you make deliveries around the store?

    You can request the delivery service up to 30km around the depot.

  • Do you offer a drive withdrawal?

    Yes, you can order and pick up your order at the depot.

  • What are the prices ?

    We deliver throughout mainland France by Colissimo or Mondial-Relay.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • What is your policy for returns?

    You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your new items.


To make a deposit


  • How to deposit?

    It's simple and easy, the deposit is only charged € 2, to be paid on site in cash on the day of the deposit.

  • Exhibition's venue

    Large items are photographed and remain stored at your home.

  • What can we deposit?

    Clothing and accessories (bags, jewelry) for children, women and men.

  • How many articles?

    The deposit is 20 articles maximum, any category combined.

  • For how long ?

    The products are deposited for a period of 3 months renewable once by the depositary.

  • How are the sales going?

    The items are sold in stores and some are posted on the Emilyssa merchant site, other online sales sites as well as on social networks.

  • Your vouchers

    An automatic email is sent to you at 2 months and 3 months with your sales made.

  • Unsold

    If at the end of the deposit period you do not wish to recover the unsold items, we will donate them to an association of our choice.
